Wednesday, March 4th from 9am-1pm at the Humble Civic Center 

In the exhibit hall there will be free health screenings, resources, live demonstrations and speakers, interactive sessions and raffle drawings throughout the event. Fitness Sessions will be taught in the all glass special events room.
