Jamie Moyer
Jamie L. Moyer is a nonprofit executive, community builder, and advocate for inclusive workforce development. He currently serves as the Chief Marketing and Development Officer at Bloom Consulting, where he leads strategic partnerships, fundraising, branding, and community engagement initiatives that support individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment and greater independence.
With extensive experience in program development, training, and organizational leadership, Jamie is known for his people-first approach and his belief that when organizations lead with care, strong results follow. He is deeply involved in collaborative efforts that bring together businesses, educators, service providers, and community leaders to create lasting, positive impact.
Jamie is also an active Ambassador with Partnership Lake Houston, where he supports member engagement, events, and relationship-building across the Lake Houston area. His work is grounded in empathy, integrity, and a commitment to strengthening both people and organizations through connection and shared purpose.
Outside of his professional roles, Jamie is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership, a proud veteran, and a dedicated father. He is passionate about service, inclusion, and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
